i have a 1995 corsa sri 1.4 16v every how many miles could the Cam belt changed is it every 36,000 miles or not

1.4 16v on a 95 plate? I didn't realise they made them quite that early.

Anyway, to answer your question it is every 40k, and do the tensioners at the same time
