hiya i saw a picture on ebay last week ov this lad selling a inlet manifold and it just looked like a bit ov alloy box section so i printed the picture off and i have made it my-self and i just wondered if i put it on my car will it add 20bhp or do i have to get it re-maped??? please shine some light

I very much doubt you will get 20BHP, even with a re-map. Removing the inlet and replacing it with one of these, if made right will give you good gains in the top of the revs, 4.5K onward. If your making it yourself, look in my garage for pics. This'll give you a good idea of where to put the hoses so they don't foul the header tank. You'll also need to connect up the vacum pipes to the inlet and block off the EGR take off.
