would this cause a problem? or should I go only for 45 profile?

Some places suggest not to go for the 50 profile because there would definitely be rubbing

Some suggest otherwise

BTW, i don't want ANY rubbing (as it is now) even loaded

I have fitted the same profile on mine
(195/50/15) been a week now. Definately no rubbing whatsoever.

I had ET45 16" wheels, with 195/45 16 Tyres, -60mm, never had issues.

The 195/50 15 tyres are almost exactly the same diameter as 195/45 16, so they'll be fine. (they're 0.2" smaller infact)

How wide are the wheels?

No one can say your car will be fine. The tolerences that the back arches are made too mean that one car will rub and another will not. You will have to fit and see if there is any catching and do the appropriate work to rectify the issue.

I want to go for the 50 profile because of the harsh ride on the 45
