Love my corsa to pieces, and i often think to myself about changing the suspension when i hit harsh bumps in the road. But i love it sitting really low, and it just wouldnt be the same car if it wasnt so low!
Is it just me who feels like this? Or is it possible to have a low car thats comfortable?

I'm on 16's with 195/45 tyres and lowered 50mm all round (supposedly but it looks lower than that to me). It looks gorgeous lowered though

Is there any dampers that give a smoother ride?

Travel the road to hereford everyday, their council is total fcuking crap The roads are rough, have holes in, feel even the slighttest drop in the road

Or maybe its me using spax adjustables

I'm on H&R coilovers with 15's, the ride is harsh as fuck but the performance round corners kinda makes up for that.

At least now i'm changing my setup for Ledas I can adjust the damper rate

Nah its the same for me on my way to uni everyday. I even have chagne lanes to avoid a certain patch of tarmac just off junc 9 on the m25 because it makes my rear tyres scrub!

stevegreetham, your car looks awesome mate! I know what you mean but I get annoyed when I drive my mums merc, it is dull to drive BUT.. it handles AND its comfortable!
When you have koni adjustables running the softest they can go, whats it like mate?

I was like this, got rid of my 106 xsi that was lowered about 90 on the back and 80 on the front, i was fed up with the suspension, exhaust, everything, so i brought a std hot hatch, then wanted to mod it!!!! Then got bored so i brought a lowered car again!!!

I hit a pothole the other day and destroyed my shocker its my ownfault really because my car is lowered 60mm on standard shocks so they get quite alot of abuse. Cost me £50 to get it sorted altogether just because I want go round a corner a bit faster
