i have a 1.6sport with an aftermarket inlet on it,a previous owner fitted it and put a breather filter on the second rubber pipe from the right side of the cam cover

its dropping oil all over the fan,im just wondering if i can put it elsewhere or should i get a oil catch tank and link it to the cam cover

i had that breather, drip a little not loads, try moving so it faces upwards, thats seemed to stop the oil on mine.

well, theres no need for a breather as that pipe releaves the cam cover of pressure ot the other way round. you need a catch tank not a breather filter

Mines going into a water bottle , i.e a "volvic bottle"
So I'd be quite interested to see your breather tank , and if possible if you could state the cost ?

the smaller of the two pipes that poke out of the cover,i just used a bit of hose to extend it over to the tank
