Need to know how to watermark copyright images in photoshop, like Icy has on his images.

You don't need to put a copyright symbol on anything to claim copyright. Copyright is a right if that makes sense.
You just make a logo with a transparent background and put it on your photos. If you need help doing that then you need to read the very helpful help files that come with Photoshop or jus use paint.
