I really dont see the problem, you got a nice page article in the largest selling modified car magazine in the UK. It can only help publicise your car, and then ultimately your business. 
 
If Redline are moaning, which I doubt, then tell them to get over it. Its your car not theres, its not a feature, its just a news story of an up and coming car. 
 
I personally dont think you will win any sort of copyright action, they will know what they are doing. Look at all the Internet pics they print of sheds, funnies, exotic cars! The same goes for all the mags like Nuts, FHM, Redline they all do it, do you think they ask the person that takes the pics permission before printing? 
 
I personally wouldnt rock the boat it really wont help you promote your company in the future. 
 
If anything you could email them asking them to least advertise your company, but thats all I would be asking for at this stage.
