I have a gsi Bumper which has kaen a bump under the fog light and has dented in. Ive tried pushing it out with a G clamp but it does hold its shape.

Anyone any experience with this shaould I try a little heat?

You could try heating it. THough the plastic that they use for the bumpers doesn't have a very good memory so it often stays dented. Don't overheat it. You might end needing to do a repair on it using some filler.
