Think I need to learn the same language as our body kit fitter cos half of what he is saying to me is flying straight over my head.....
Right, we have a prowler wide arch kit that is a b***er to fit, and yes I can see some of you smirking saying "told you so" but, I expected some shaping, moulding, filling etc to be needed. Anyway, lots of conversations going on about difficulties, how long it will take etc etc and I want to understand a bit more about the process so that the fitter can't rip me off. Nice trusting sort of person aren't I?
In other words, I want to be able to see his excuses are geniune and not an attempt to hide his inability to do the right job. Does this make sense?
Can somebody run through the fitting process for me and (nicely) point out the problems that can normally be faced with this particular kit?
