what sort of stuff can be used from the 1.6 sport into a 1.4 sport that might give me a slight gain?

i was thinking cams and inlet

If you change the head and cams, that should give a slight gain. The head has larger ports. I'm not sure about the difference on the cams though.

I know that the X16XEL has the X14Xe head and cams to keep the power down.
