Right if you have worn a screw out so much that it can be used, whats the best way to take it out?

depends on where it is you can either drill it. or use a reverse thread screw it has an anti clockwise thread. make a pilot hole for it first then as you tighten it the damaged screw will come out.. or try and cut a slot in it and use a flat head to get it out

Well one of the screws on my engine for the spark plugs is duffed so im looking at ways of removing the screw
|

pliers, if head is proud, otherwise weld something to it

hmm pliers might be what im gonna have to do. I havent got access to welding tools.
Ian, its the bit that sits ontop of the spark plugs, remember im talking about a non vaux engine so dont get confused.
