yeah they can i started lernin wen i was 16 officially ! tehn within 2 weeks of 17th b day i had passed as long as ur 16 and hav sent 4 a provisional ur kool to GO

How the hell can you be a safe driver after a week? What a load of bollocks. You can learn enough to pass the test but I cant see you being very safe. You would be lucky if you even encountered different types of weather.

i agree - but even if ya do it over a course of time, once ya do pass, u have only learnt to drive for the test - not to drive in normal circumstances

takes a good few months before u can handle a car after ya pass

hense why so many people crash just after passing there test (including me) cause they think as they past the test - they are invincible
