eloooo,I have a 1.2 8v corsa run-about and its been ill for a week or so now,the symptons are that when sitting in traffic it feels like its going to stall when you go to set off,very week.It also does this when turning tight bends in lower gears with low revs it judders badly.However to make things worse it can pick and choose when it does it but on saying that it does it often and when in high revs 3rd 4th 5th gear all seems ok.I have changed the plugs and everytime I take them out to check them they are either fouled or white with pink on the neck.The car was service in late december also
sorry for the essay but its doing my head in
any ideas as to what it could be?

Does it sound like it is running on 3 cylinders ?
I have the same problem ! I have replaced DIS, plugs and leads. I have cleaned out the egr valve also but the car is still the same.
If you find out what the problem is please get back to me !

yer will do m8i,perhaps however saying that the plugs were changed a week ago,Im starting to think there mite dodgey fuel in the tank causing the pump to block or the filter,just a thought

I am changing the fuel filter this weekend . i will tell u if it makes a difference

its been going on for ages daz, its not dodgey fuel  if the filter was fucked it would do it more regularly imo. have you tried different leads?

we can dream ad haha might be the pressure regulator ,gunna be a long day tomorow,nah might give the leads a whirl if we have any on the shelf

pressure regulator is nxt on ma list after fuel filter to change, see if that helps. If not a dunno wot to try.
does u'r EML light come on at all ?

nahh it doesnt come on,apparently the diaphram in the the regulator is quite week and can need fiddling with every now and again
