got my 6x9's and headunit this weekend, now i have to fit them but I have no rear speakers in my car to get the wires from so will I have to run them from the headunit?

got the 6x9's from a mate and he didnt have cables so made me up a set but their short, just the length to go from rear speakers to parcel shelf so il have to get bigger ones

just get hold of some speaker cable from halfords or somewhere like that

find out the colour of the rear speaker wires, the wires should be near the rear lights in the loom, i had no rear speakers but had the wire, in the back, just extended it
edit:
the wire colours should be
Left Rear Speaker
-Brown/Green
+Green
Right Rear Speaker
-Brown/White
+White
if it is in a corsa b.
