this is good advice. subs and 6x9 dont work well together. however if u still want to put in 6x9s try autoacoustics.co.uk for a stealth shelf. expensive but good quality and u cant tell they are in there

put em in the rear door cards ( i hate 6x9s though, get rid if you can )

make sure you fully sound deaden if you put im here though, and strengthen the cards by screwing the speakers into some mdf or sumin.

fook em off in the bin. think like this. ure the driver so have quality sound up front ans subs in back. bass is non directional so concentrate on quality components. if u want good sound spend about 200 on fronts

put ure speakers in ure parcel shelf, then buy sum accoustic cloth, itys not much, and cover the parcel shelf and staple to under side, so it looks like a plain flat parcel shelf

As carl said, 6 x 9s and Subs dont work well together. usualy good systems comprise off the following

setup 1
amplified components up front
sub in teh rear

setup 2
amplified components up front
amplified 6 x 9s in teh rear

both will sound good, but you really shudnt mix subs with 6 x 9s, make sure you have sound deadening on teh front doors and in teh rear if you can afford it. ( a good alternative if ur skint is roof flashing from homebase).

tbh he didnt say anything about a sub in his setup!

But i have just gone from 6x9's to a sub with cheap front components and it sounds miles better!
If i was you i would invest in a stealth shelf, i swopped mine for a sub lol.
