mines a original ps2 and i would like to know,
when i remove the power board from my ps2 which pins do i wire to the battery?
and what size fuse is needed?
any pictures or diagrams would be helpful

a power inverter would be a good start.

you dont need an inverter but that is one way of doing it

If you wire it direct it will go pop quickly you can get an in-car kit what replaces the internal power supply havnt seen them about for a year or so tho

i have heard that you can
just take the power borad out of the ps2 and wire it strate to the battery via a fuse.
is this true?

i have took the power board out of my ps2 and i am left with 4 pins
which of these pins go to the +ve and -ve?

I have a lead and instructions i bought ages ago, never used as took ps2 out in end, yours for £9 delivered

I woudln't be just connecting a car battery to any sensitive elctronics like that.
I doubt it just takes a 12v supply for starters and a car battery is a very dirty power source.
