ttt, what is more likely to cause low fuel pressure? make the car run slow?
fuel pump or pressure regulator

faulty pressure regulator will make it run rich or lean. take your plugs out and have a look.

hey my guide 

with the clips u need some pratice the first time 
in the openings on the side there's a notch that needt to be pressed down.
if the filter hasn't been serviced for a while those clamps could break so make sure u have some spares
