turboing a gsi engine is pointless. would cost in exess of £2500 and would be unreliable. do a search on throttle bodies, figures of 140-240 bhp can be achieved and are super reliable.

if you mean this kit:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vauxhall-1-6-16V-C16XE-X16XE-X16XEL-Full-Turbo-Kit_W0QQitemZ8030674642QQcategoryZ72205QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
remember that you will need new management to run it properly as the standard ecu will struggle and the EM light will be on constantly and it will not idle properly. you will also need a mantzel inlet as the standard inlet system will not be capable of holding boost pressures. then add to that an intercooler and all the relevant pipework and you are at £2000 already.
management capable of running it properly would cost around £1k and then mapping would be £400 ish.
then you are looking at 140bhp. any higher than that you would need more boost and forged pistons etc... then you are looking at 1000's. it also would not be reliable. home made turbo cars never are. SBD are the vaux engine specialists and Dick (one of the main guys at SBD) once said to me that the idea of turboing a x16xe is laughable due to the fact throttle bodies will produce a lot more power for less money and they are easy to use and ultra reliable.

you could try SBD: www.sbdev.co.uk
or omex: http://www.omextechnology.co.uk/
or buy some really nice novatech ones (like i did ) :http://www.nt-r.co.uk
(site isnt finished yet) the novatech ones are very good value for money and the quality is amazing. better build quality than the sbd kit in my opinion and the look nice too. the 40mm novatech ones also taper from 45mm to 40mm like the sbd ones.
