Can i do this on my drive? How do i do it? Steering rods have been unbolted etc. during my conversion so need to straighten the wheels back up!

yes you can do it on you own prob just as good as at garage IMO

Tried it myself once, gave up! Sure its easier to do under the car, wheels in the way to get a good pull on the spanner IMO.

get some long batterns that will go over the front, hen two shorter ones at 90degrees and make them run along the wheels, then get one wheel straight, look see how much adjustmnent needs doing (get the passenger straight more room on the drivers side...) then adjust the track rod end keep checking till they look spot on. job done.....

you can get it almost right but your better off going to garage...

thank feck i have a mate who lets me use his laser aigner cos the amount of times ive done tracking over the past 2 years

ive got one of those trackrite systems but had mixed results with it. Anyone else used it?

iv used the above method before and then had it checked and it was spot on!
