Had them in there a year now, and what with upping the power on the engine aswell, thought they were due for a change. So, just out of curiosity, do these look like normal wear and tear?

yeh they look ok, i would get some iridium and better plugs for the pahse 3 mate,
ask on migweb which ones are the best to go for!!

aye, Ive got some NGK 'Iridium IX' plugs in there now, only £6 each
