what are your thoughts on this car ? and also could some 1 tell me what engines they come with do they do a turbo?? cheers

2.0 16V Twin Spark engine is very technical it has - 2 cams, 8 spark plugs, 16 valves, 2 balancing shafts, 9 belt pulleys and variable valve timing system,
which gives 90% of its torque at 2000 rpm. Has 2 spark plugs per cylinder.

are they quik? what sort ov power do the put out and whats the 1.6 like?

Not that quick, not sure of power? 1.6 won't be anything to write home about, usual sort of power for a 1600 engine.

The 1.6 is ok to drive- the 2.0 is nicer but the V6 rocks! I'll try to find some power figures for you...

Im sometimes drive a 156 2.0TS its no bad about 160odd-Bhp

just been on parkers and the 1.6 are 120 bhp 2.0 is 150bhp o-60 ov 9 secs and 1.9 td is 140bhp with 0-60 ov 8.8

i like them had one as a company car when i worked for avis 147 1.6 t spark they handle pretty well too

yeah you find that with most alfa's shame they are nice motors apart from electrics
