Rightio,
i want two 10" RE subs, in ported enclosures.
need them to be Dual2ohm to put 2ohm load on amp when wired correctly.
The only subs they do smaller than this are dual4ohm, so they're no good...
They are offering me SX10 (dual2ohm)at £240 each...  
did the math, n they're perfect for ported enclosures
But what i need to know, is it worth having such powerfull subs with my amp?
these subs are Dual 2ohm 1000wrms.
my amps only 1100wrms x 1 @2ohm.
does this mean (provided i run them in properly  ) they wont ever pop?
i dunno what to do, cause i cant get any smaller ones at dual2ohm, n they wont seem to do custom for me.
What do i do...

u change ur mond more than i do.
they are fine. i am going to be givin my 2 RE's 300wrms each nd they r rated at 175wrms.

yeah im easily led 
i'm 100% defo on getting these, if they arent a waste of monet, cause im paying for the high 1000wRMS, yet ill only be needin bout 500wRMS

they be fine, just dont play them massively loud or the amp wil striuggle, clip and not do the subs any good.

aye it will do the job nicely mate  but remember you'll be atleast 900wRMS down - so like adi said, wacking the volume up they will just start to distort/clip and also the amp will get fairly hot mate (make sure you have decent supply of air getting to it eitherway)....
personally i would just get one and power it propperly, or get another amp and power two properly - but obviously it gets pricey etc

amp has a built in fan, but ive never seen it come on 
ill keep the two tens, as 2 is louder than 1 
i shall keep the gains down. bout half way once its worn in...yeah...?
