When running live,remote,left n right channel cables when entering boot to amp wot is best way to enter boot thru light inspection or under seats. If under seats do i need to remove seat first or can it just slide underneath?

u can slide but not very wise. through cavities is time consuming and pointless.
take all seats our and carpet

wot about rear seats? wots best way to enter boot..seen it instead of running cable directly under rear seats to take it up and thru rear cluster cover(passengers side) and was gonna mount amp infront of cover make a neat install. any tips people?

is it me or do people miss the stickies at the top of this section? 
Read the thread that says "READ THIS FIRST", it will tell you best way to wire the power cable  If you still dont understand do a search within this section. After than, buy a haynes manual 
However, because im kind lol  , power cable goes through gromet behind battery (also behind glovebox), down passenger door sill then up into the boot.
Remote lead, wire across to the passenger side, then down with the power cable
Speaker cables and RCAs NEED to be seperated from power stuff, so run them across to the drivers side and down the drivers side door sill and into boot
Although whats this rear cluster cover, you talking about rear light clusters??  If so, you wont be going anywhere near them
