Right, iv got this modified k and n induction kit (which looks a mess and cant be good for the car at all) which the previous owner left in and its about time i changed it.Just wondering what induction kit is reasonable in price (dont want to spend a load), ive heard piper x are good. Just wondering what people think i should get and where to get it? Thanks John

Its really wierd mate, its not even meant for my car?modified to fit. its basically a bodge job.just wana replace it as soon as possible rele. know anywhere to get a reasonably priced induction kit then? il try and get some pics up as soon as i can, i should have sorted it out ages ago,people will laugh when they see it

pipercross xl, cost about 90 squid, search the classifieds on here you'll probably find something

A std airbox with the bottom corner cut off and a new paper element in is the best imo, the sound, good filtration and cheap.

Moisture in hole, paper get wet, sucked into engine, sad face

Airbox replaced with decent induction kit, looks nicer, sounds nicer, drives better, happy face

pffffff neverhad a problem get it a airbox less the front corner. esp as the wing stops and water getting in there.

just fitted a pipercross viper to my SRi 8v would deffo recommend it if you have the cash,

I did that when I sold my Viper and the throttle response was terrible. So I went back to an open cone filter.
