Just installed my new head unit, but its losing the saved info. I've swapped the red and yellow wires round like with my other stereos but hasn't made a difference.

This is the head unit if it makes a difference.

have you tried it with the wires the normal way around?

im havgin the same problem, try putting the red wire and the yellow wire into the yellow wire, but saying that i tryed it and it didnt work.

Check 20a fuse for radio ect and if that fails just run a new permanent live to the unit.
