 | Fuel pump arrived. will fit one day. may aswell put little bits on. wont affect anything and just eliminates something else that needs fitting. Front mount is put on hold till end of the month now. Definately going for a Forge with blakc hoses. have an idea what to do with the bumper too so its getting the most cold air without looking obvious!

 | Fitted a new battery today, no pics because well...its a battery, opted for a 4year halfords one, mainly because I work there and it was on trade. 540cold cranking amps so a bit better than the one that was on it which was starting to die in the cold weather. also ordered my guage pod. went for a newsouth mk4 golf one. needs a little modification for the skoda but nout major. plans are a boost guage and air fuel ratio. didnt fancy a pillar mount and have a double din unit so was limited for space

Do they flash like that constantly

Gauge position is still something I need to work on, I want a Boost and oil pressure but like you don't want a pillar pod and I will probably get a double din in the future. Although I may be buying my mates boost gauge which is wrapped in a redbull can and sits on the dash by the a pillar

 | Update:

New fuel pump fitted, bit of a smelly job and its safe to say I no longer like the smell of fuel.... walbro one is quite a bit noisier than OEM, not that it bothers me mind. Front mount next

 | Front mount finally ordered, wont be here for at least another 3 weeks though. never mind. did a deal with forge so it was cheaper so im not fussed in that sense

 | if thats the case I intend to cut decent sized holes behind the reg plate like so

in a more ordered fashion and keep the numberplate there, then for shows or trackdays or naughty times remove the plate. so ill probably attatch with velcro or the same bolts i used for the civics plate for the same reason
