I'm 23 and my girlfriend's 20. We both stay with our parents, even together we couldn't affoard our own place as she's still at college. In a year or 2 once she's graduated and got a job we'll maybe think about it.

i agree. i kno mate who took out mortgages and could only just afford them a year ago, the interest will crpple them when their 2 year fixed rate runs out
