I'd have to check, pretty sure I always have it on magnum ammo but perhaps I've changed it and not noticed and thats why its not killing people as easily.

Yeah you definitely get 2 shot kills. I havnt got magnum bullets so I guess that's why

Sometimes i actually prefer core for the face that to get a one shot sniper kill it HAD to be a headshot, takes a bit more skill but gets you honed on aiming for the head.

Had a few hours on BC2 last night, not played for a while due to always being on vietnam, forgot just how good it was, can't even imagine how good BF3 is going to be. Decided to build a new PC for it's release aswell as I was going to start just after Xmas but decided to hold off. Can't fucking wait

I've not played for 2 or 3 weeks now. Not played on any of my games though, just not felt like it.

BC2 saved me loads of money as I spent pretty much most weekends playing it and didn't do go out spending money on anything

Jets are confirmed on all platforms, I think it's because the PC version will support 64 player servers where console wont, the maps are being scaled down to suit.

What's the reason behind consoles having a lesser multiplayer count? Just seems a little odd.....

probably down to the fact that console servers will be hosted by ea, where as pc servers can be hosted privately, and they want to keep the cost down.

I can't imagine how big the maps will actually be tbh, there's maps on BC2 where you have a full server of 32 and it looks empty, 64 player maps will be even bigger though I think, especially with jets due to how fast they fly, the maps on BF2 which had planes were big but they werent overly quick.

enterbf3 is probably the best forum for BF3 at the minute if you want to keep updated.
