 | local ish lad called shane dropped his car off with me on wednesday and ment to be having it for 2 weeks or so, already not started it till yesterday cos painted the VX on thursday and painted parts of the astra on friday which i got deposit for today so will be going in next few weeks!!!!!
 
 so the corsa anyway!!! finally spend half hour yesterday on it and had few hours today after work, just given up now!!!! stripped it pretty well, least i have made a start, gonna pop pictures up everyday or other day so u can c progress of the car in time:-
 
 wot i need to do in the 2 weeks( which not sure is possable really)
 smooth number plate reces
 smooth wiper and boot lock
 fit solonoid
 get rid of dents
 repair bumper
 fit front and rear bumpers
 fit skirts
 smooth side reapeaters off
 smooth passenger side door handle off
 bad boy bonnet
 wire in new mirrors and fit
 
 its getting paints in black again with flakes........not sure which flakes, just ordered pack from ebay of selection of 25 different flakes maybe can try summit different than normal ones on it!
 
 day one pics:-
 
 front bumper, put fibreglass behind cracks to strenghten and grinder off loose fibreglass
 
  
 wings off the car ready for side repeators to be welded up
 
  
 
 the car with lights covered up ready for badboying bonnet and cover windscreen so dont get and weld on it also
 
  
 the skirts to go on
 
  
 the back with rear bumper to go on, pretty sure it not gonna fit well also
 
 
  
 the old bits off the car
 
  
 door handle off ready for plate to be welded in
 
  
 all interior door parts stripped ready for painting etc

 | it was nice car to start with, he is mate of the lad i did astra for so once he saw that he wanted his car done!!!
 
 little dents on the wing not sure if to pop to scrappy and get wing from there and do job properly!! instead of filling this one

 me time off yea right..........last time i had a whole week off was the first year jagcorsa went to max power live!!! so thats over 18months ago!!!!
 
 not had full week off since then, so na still working 5 days a week split shifts and doing car when i can! c me gf everyother day after work also!

 have been getting meself down little recently cos of so much work will have to cut down in summer cos we get REALLY busy at the pub! can get away with doing alot with cars at the min cos its pretty quiet! got bout 3 little jobs of painting that i should be doing at same time as this but wanna get this done first!
 
 its costing £800 for all the work! wot u think to that??? good or bad price?

 | bloody cheap price ! but if u charge more then u might not get many people wanting work done, so charge abit cheaper and more and more people want work doin so it all adds up in the end
   
 and looks like a top job each time so the customers should be really pleased

 If it was a private job myself i would of charged around £1300 cash, alot of work involved which sum ppl dont realise!

 yea i thought it was good price, alot of work i agree!! need to do it fast!!! i know i ask u about everything............but............
 
 how wud u weld plate in to smooth the boot recess, never done one on corsa and wanna leave it so there is not to much filler needed!! wot u think?? how wud u do it? just plate over and bend bottom over to meet the old part of boot!!!
 
 was even thinking of cutting recess out and putting metal in to cover it all then wud be good fit and right angle for the curve etc??
