since ive had my corsa 1.2 ls (about 2 years) the lights behind where all the heater controls have never come on......me being me i never really gave it much thought, but ive just decied to see why its not working and i cant find any bulbs or bulb holder behind it?????

i am stupid or did they not put lights back there? ? ? ?? ? ?

there are lights back there, but they blow if you so much as sneeze to hard.

You can change em, but its a ballache.

dont bother.

hmmm bit strange cuz i had everything out i just couldnt find em......day off tomorro got some colour coding to do on the dash so i'l have a fiddle tomorro!

nope...nothing comes on only the dials on the speedo etc and the ones where there light controls are!

to get to the bulbs, the whole centre section has to come out thats means disconnecting all the cables !! im also dreading this job lol

its easy man do a search for heater bulb on here. mite take long time but worth it. also take care wit mfd connections!

The lights are mounted in the white plastic thing behind the centre console - theres 3 of em.

theres one bulb directly behind heater knob which is easy one to get to, but fuck knows how you get to the other behind the white panel lol

it's a pain in the arse u have to take ure console to bits, i'm doing it this weekend, may take some pics .etc as i have an easy way of doing it compared to removing the whole thing

only takes me 30 mins to get that panel off and to the bulbs lol. you don't have to unhook all the cables for heat control etc, its all clipped in (and some have 2 torx screws), stick LEDs in em, should last longer, had them in mine for well over a year and they're still fine.

sometimes there are screws going through the white plastic bit into the facia so you need to take the whole thing out before you prise it off

any tutorial done yet? I had mine out but broke the middle heater knob and only changed 2 lights and there not bright at all. the middle heater knob light dont work no more
