i want to get those sportzblue headlight bulbs for my corsa B, as they are brighter and have a higher rating, do i need to modify any of the current wiring etc to handle the extra power these bulbs will demand?

depepds how much more power they use than a standard bulb, it is advisable to re-wire, also bear in mind that a standard bulb will be brighter if you rewire beczuse the standard wireing looses 2(ish)volts

i agree with broster, there was a 2v loss over the standard wiring on mine and my bros corsa, redone it with relays, thicker wire etc.. and its allowing me too run 100w bulbs. if u dont make it better there is a high risk u will set your car on fire.

its blinding obvious. just follow the wiring back from the bulbs to wherever they go. a small amount of soldering is necessary.

if your compentant about what relays u need and connecting them just upgrade the wiring to thicker stuff.

you can stick in a set of 110w/90w bulbs in a corsa b without the need for relays or rewiring

i ran it in my corsa for 2yrs with no probs whatsoever

i had a talk with a load of lads from some garages and they all said they wouldnt even think of installing these bulbs without rewiring the corsa, as they said the standard wiring isnt hardly good enough for the standard bulbs.

your wiring is fine

the max they can take is 115w before they go into meltdown
