The loophole for not signing the NIP has been closed. See this weeks RiDE magazine.

The police use a court ruling from a few years back to force yopu to sign.

If you refuse to sign, you'll be taken to court, and the court will convict you, based on this previous ruling.

Sorry people.

But to be honest, if you cant affort the £££ dont do the mph..... Its quite simple.
