just b readin about a new speeding law - where instead ov gettin £60 and 3 points, u can get a warning if its ur first time- hope this law comes in as it wud give every1 a second chance as any1 can caught once - what do u think about this?

how can they tell it is ure first time
u could just say it was the first time u were speeding and i will not do it again and get off every time unless it the same cop that pulls u

i aint 2 sure was just in the paper 2day- sayin that the person who brought the law in - is actually lookin at changein it 2 the new law so :s cud b anytime

surely all speeding offences (and the like) are kept in a database, even after the 4/5 years that they get take off your licence - so it would just be a case of checking the database 
And yea, i would too like to see this law go ahead, like corsa_crew said anyone can get caught speeding atleast once, even old grannies

Your insurers will just check the warnings database instead of the points one.
Any good copper is doing this anyway....

a bit like this women who was driving for about 40 years and got caught speeding 3 times in like 4 days or something so if there was this law she would have gotton away the first time!!

Read the other day a 80 ish yr old women got 9 points and £180 fine in the space or half an hour on same camera drove home got done, got dog drove back to a park got done, walked dog then drove home got done on way home
