If you are looking to stream video you will need to have a decent ADSL or fibre line.

Android boxes seems decent.

I've never met one that didn't need tons of BALLACHE to set up and carry on using. The LG OS on my TV is pretty good, get iPlayer, Netflix on there, can stream from my phone, picks up stuff from a NAS

My mate swears by his Android box and he's not particularly technically minded.

whos your line with Brett? Looking at some for £30 a year or £10 a month for reliable ones. I know you can get them off ebay for £15 for 2 years but heard bad things. I may order one today:- http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171519957098?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Been using smarthostingservers.biz £10 a year and probably the best I've used, had it for over 8 months now too. Paid over £100 a year before and had worse lines, definitely worth a go.

Oh and you don't want HD. Bit of a pisser tbh, used to be a lot better before Sky changed their encryption to this pairing lark. Still, probs around £90/month worth of Sky for a tenner a year can't be bad, that's not taking into account the occassional £20 box office you'd watch.

Nope. Used to be able to until they changed things.

Can still get the free ones in HD, which is BBC One, BBC Three, ITV1 and 4, that's about it.
