Just bought a cheap corsa b for a winter runabout and drives very well, but is quite jumpy in low revs and when cold almost like 'kangaroo petrol' lol.

Once it's warmed up and on a run it's fine. Changed plugs and gave it a full service to no avail. Icv at fault?
