right, moved into a new rented flat 2 months ago and got our first leccy bill yesterday. £2.5k in last tenants name.
rang up and scottish power who the bill was off and set up an account.

now weve got one of these eco meters with 2 rates on it, i only have a reading for the combined amount when we moved in. what are my options?

can i sign up to this stuff? http://www.scottishpower.co.uk/products/online-energy-saver/OLESaver23-ProductNotes with the meter ive got?
