I have a gsi with standard bodykit at the moment but I want it lowering as soon as possible till I can get the cash available for the kit? as I am sure its already lowered not too sure how much I want to lower it furthr but not sh!t loads can u give me some advice as to what springs to go for ? and how much it will b cheers Paul...

get some 60mm springs. check max P for stockists. there about £60 +

so if I went as low as 60mm would there be any rubbing on the wheels ?

what size wheels u got? i reckon with 15"s u should be ok

yes 15s not sure of the other dimensions 15 x 195 i think

think I might get 40mm to start with see what it looks like and if I am not happy get 50mm and if they do rub I can switch back and sell the others or keep for spares, how hard are they to fit or is it fairly cheap to have them fitted ? cheers mate

ive herd ov 18s wiv 70mm drop , just go to a garage and say drop it on its donkey.

60mm will be fine on 15's but if u go this low u need the shortened shocks as the rear springs will drop out when jacked up, definately an MOT failure

-80 on 195/50/15's and get no rubbing, that's on AVO coilovers
