Today, I checked my car engine oil and i lifted up the dipstick and there was yellow sticky susbstance on the top of the dipstick and the top of the pipe. I was just wondering what this could be? Head gasket? The water is clean there is nothing abnormal in the water pump, thank you.

thats prob what it is then mate, nothing to worry about.
take it onto a Mway or dual carriageway and give it a trashing to clear it out
