who ever says cams, are waisting there money completly.(mild cams on stock pistons i mean)

get ported/polished head
lightened/balanced bottom end
arp bolts
inlet, stock airbox with panel filter.
decent manifold/system
chip(only to raise rev limit)

cams are good for 7.5k rpm, and anything over that you'd want better rods imo anyway!

above that go for the throttle body kit from sbd, pocketed stock pistons or new forged pistons and some 288 cams(max can use on hydraulic followers)

Astra GTE wheels are 14" and my spare is 14", they'll fit.

Im confused atm i thought K&N panel filters GAINED BHP???

Very sure.

The disc size is still the same, 256mm, it's the larger piston at the back of the caliper the makes them better brakes.

The V6/Turbo brakes need atleast 15"wheels.

my 14 inch steel spare doesnt fit over the 2.0 front brakes on mine

You could fit the Nova GTE 14" alloy's over the ATE 2.0 Litre brakes, but the front wheels won't turn.
