Right click on Computer and click Properties, it will bring up a Window with some info on it and in the middle it will have the Processor and how much RAM you have. 
 
You could also download Everest Home Edition from majorgeeks.com and that will tell you more than could ever imagine being necessary.

Do you know if the Motherboad is duel SLi (can run two PCi-E gfx cards that get bridged together)?

If you have the same system as the one on MicroDirect then it only has a 250W power supply so this will need to be upgraded for any card that is capable of running two monitors. 
 
Apparently the maximum RAM is also 2GB.

You could keep the processor though if you got another AM2 board

They put loads of different specs in those cases tbh 
 
To clear up a few questions raised: 
 
The board has only one PCI-E slot so SLI/Crossfire is out of the question, however, dual-output gfx cards are not an issue (Matt, I may have one for sale soon, I'll be in touch   )
