I have norton internet security 2005 and have been using that for ages but the definitions on the antivirus ran out ages ago and i dont want to keep paying for them. Is there a free antivirus program out there that is good and also good internet security ie firewalls etc?

AVG, AVAST both do free versions.
Use Zone Alarm for the firewall.

Norton is rubbish anyway, also try comodo firewall

yeah I'm running Comodo with no issues. I can't use Zone Alarm cos I have XP64  .
