Most of you will have seen this but we have a Tutorials & Faq's Forum.

We need your help to make this the most extensive information listing CorsaSport has ever seen. If you have done any work to your corsa or are planning to do something, no matter how small, I need you to send me what you did, how you did it, what tools you needed and if you have a digital camera then some pictures would be even better.

So if all of you can send me just one tutorial or an answer to a question that gets posted on our forums everyday then we would be looking in excess of 300 suggestions. Now that means your pretty much GUARANTEED to then see something that you need help with yourself, all for that 5 minutes extra you took to write down the problems you encounterd and how you overcame them.

So remember:
Get sending me your D.I.Y guides, no matter how small they are (even changing a bulb in quad conversions) and you can help us build up a huge file on Corsa's that could be even bigger than we ever imagined.

Cheers

Rc

Did some interior spraying not so long ago - just the inside mirror covers and glovebox handle. All you need is 2 cans of Halfords Plastic Primer, 4 cans of Vauxhall paint (the Halfords stuff didn't match) and some wet and dry paper grade 400 - 1000. Rubbed down the stuff for a while with the 400 grit, then 600, then 800 and 1000. Wait till its quite smooth then a coat of primer, wait 10 mins, another coat, wait 10 mins another coat. Wait 2 hours then rub it down slightly with 1000 grit, then wipe and spray with colour. 10 minutes do another coat. And every 10 mins do another coat until your satisfied (did 3 coats.) Wait an hour and spray with lacquer and leave to dry overnight. Hey presto! nicely colour coded bits.
