Reducing the crown width, unleashing a non-hardened surface, use a cheap form of management that appeals to the home bodger (something this guy has said he isn't) using a 2nd hand turbo which could be an utter lemon and isn't suited to the purpose (you forget a custom manifold etc)
To be honest, what he has listed initially if paying someone else to do would be in the region of £3k anyway IMO.
I wasn't saying do it that way, was just proving a point.
It COULD be done cheaply.
