Author very low fuel pressure

I've checked the fuel pressure on my car (xe corsa) and it says it's only 0.25 Bar with the engine running, where as it's meant to be over 2 Bar. Whats could be the main cause of this??

The car still runs but it's down on power...any help appreciated,

Dying fuel pump
Faulty pressure regulator.
It should be 2.5-3bar.
