hi all
my friend brought some angel eyes off steve b off here
ive fitted them today for him but the rings are not coming on.ive wired them red as positive and black as ground to the exact parts.
is there anyone who can help

which angel eyes are they. i guess you wired them off the side lights. could try a volt meter on the wiring.

yeah wored them off sidelights as the side light plug is still there.there the 1 ring halo ones

did you try the original headlight again after. i had the ultra ones on mine we first tested the halo rings straight off the battery and was fine.

the sidelights light up on the new ones but the rings dont
have i done it right so the red is live

yeah the red is live on mine the ring was the actual sidelight. have you got a pic of the ones you have or a link to a website with them on

how many plugs were coming off the back is there 3 and did you have 2 wires for the halo.

i think you should try them direct to 12v just to make sure they do work.

just tried them to battery,they dont work  not mine though,there my mates.shame really cus it was steve b who sold them.thought he would have been genuinne

if they were posted could of been knocked around the ring can be damage easily. contact the seller

They do brake quite easily ive found ive got 2 sets of them and 3 of the lights the halos dont work and one is very intermittent.

have contacted the seller and he said they worked when he had them on his car, brought it into the garage at work on lunch today and a few of us had ago doing it and still couldnt get them to light up

Just found this post,
1. I contacted the buyer stating that my friend had the lights for sale and i gave ali his contact number and they arranged the deal between them.
2. If you are calling me a liar or non-genuine then I would suggest you stop there as I have dealt with a lot of members on here and met people of here who could tell you I am very genuine.
3. They did work on the car they were on prior to the sale
4. I have never owned angel eyes myself but from looking at what problems other users have had with them this appears to be a common problem?
