everyone says its a bitch to get to (x16xe) but when i done mine, i had it out in about 15 minutes and didnt think much of it, wasnt a difficult task
was i just lucky?

mine was stuck due to shite building up on the opening bit and locking shut, i just got some valve grinding in paste and span it round the edge with a drill, put it back on and its never been a problem since.
so if your egr is stuck, you dont want to blank it, do that obviously clean it all up b4 you put it back on lol
