Right i've got my std air box today and i want to get to work on modding it. What do i need to do? do i take the top and bottom pipes out? also i want the sound to be deep from the box not raspy, so do i just cut 3/4 big holes in the wing side or what?

my current cold air feed goes in through the hole where the old plastic pipe bit used to go. reckon it would be worth while moving it? or would it not make much difference
