i know this is going to be a silly question but on the hub if you undo the centre nut is there meant to be a big washer behind it?
somone else done my hubs and they dont look right im sure there is meant to be a big washer there 
also are the rear wheels bearing bad on the corsa bs i think both of mine need doing so whilst im there i might aswell

Yes their should be a big washer behind the castle nut
Rear bearings are fairly easy to do
