Says on the bottle mate. Its not much for summer, bit more for winter conditions.

It normally says on the bottle you bought the anti freeze in (not the bottle on the car)

for the concentration look at the bottle of antifreeze as for the total amout just keep filling gradually til you have the correct level 
For more details buy a haynes manual for the car

what about the anti-freeze bottle, should tell you on the label. I'd go off that as each one will be different and need different mixtures
