I have normal Sky yeh, Ive had it since April 2006...Can any1 give me any tips to get sky+ for free etc?
they want £99 for box and £60 installation...
Any got any advice?

tell them you want rid of the lot unless they off you a + box for no more than £50 and free set up i had this deal last november
just dont take no for a answear and dont take to the 1st muppet you get ask for the cancelation (sp) department

yeah just say you are thinking of leaving etc etc, then when you get thru to cancellations say you were interested in Sky + but cant afford 100 quid etc for box

p.s something wrong with my sony w810i, when i try to take pics it just does this stupid beeping and doesnt take it, any ideas? Or sometimes it refuses to save it and just goes back to main menu

easiest way just ring up cancelatons, say your moving to virgin media to get the V+ box for free they'll give you all spcheel about sky 1 about sky sports news and what have you, say, welll the v+ box is free blah blah they'll usually offer you one, but seeing as youve only been with them a year, you'll have to barter

set ure fone to save to phone....let me know what it does?sounds like memory card issue

yeah the refuse to save thing usually stops if i change where it saves it to, but the stupid beeping i get all the time, its like its trying to focus but then just wont take the picture

check what settings u have it on tom...read them out to me or suttin...sometimes its that!

Tell them you'd like Sky+ but at the price they want you don't think it's worth it and you would like to leave Sky and you'll be going with cable - this will see the price fall through the floor!
This is what I done and I got Sky+ for under £50
